We built SaaS Browser to help people discover and compare SaaS products. Today we're adding a layer that makes those comparisons much more useful: verified customer reviews.

Starting now, every SaaS profile on SaaS Browser can collect and display reviews from real users. Reviews go through email verification and automated quality checks before they appear, so the data you see is authentic.

How it works for SaaS buyers

When you visit a SaaS profile on SaaS Browser, you'll see a new Reviews section. Each review includes a star rating, pros and cons, the reviewer's role and company size, how long they've used the product, and whether they'd recommend it. You can sort by rating or recency and filter by star level.

Every review is verified through email confirmation, so you know a real person wrote it. Reviews that look suspicious, like self-reviews or competitor spam, are automatically flagged and checked by our team.

How it works for SaaS founders

If you've claimed your profile on SaaS Browser, you get a full review management dashboard. Here's what you can do:

  • Collect reviews using a hosted landing page or an embeddable widget on your own website.
  • Display reviews on your site with a free widget. Choose from carousel, grid, or wall layouts.
  • Manage reviews from your dashboard. Approve reviews for your display widget, or flag reviews you believe are fraudulent.

The collection and display widgets are completely free. No paid plans, no limits on how many reviews you collect.

Two tracks, one system

Reviews on SaaS Browser work on a two-track model. As a founder, you control which reviews appear on your own website's display widget. But all verified reviews appear on your SaaS Browser profile regardless, because buyers need the full picture.

If you believe a review is fraudulent, you can flag it from your dashboard. Our team reviews every flag and resolves it within a few working days.

Getting started

If you're a SaaS founder, claim your profile and head to the Reviews section in your dashboard. You'll find your review landing page URL and embed codes for both the collection and display widgets.

If you're a SaaS buyer, visit any profile and click "Share your experience" to leave a review. Your feedback helps other buyers make better decisions.
